What are the various types of Yoga asanas?

                                                                Yoga 

                                           Bhujangasanam/Advasanam

This asana gives health to stomach parts.  Its position is like a snake so it is called as a Bhujangasanam. 

·       First, he/ she stretched their body in to floor his/ her face should be faced into the ground.

·       Then hands are should place to near the ear. And forehead should touch the forehead.

·       Palm should touch the floor mat. Then relaxed for few seconds, and then fold the hand into straight near the chest and strongly hold the position.

·       Inhale the air and slowly lift the head, chest till the stomach part from the floor.

·       Exhale the air slowly then head and back in to back side till the effort then stretch the chest.

·       See the centre point of Eye brow.

·       In that same position breathe merely twenty to thirty seconds.

·       Then slowly fall the head into the normal position. Likewise, practice the asana.

Warning:                                          

          Those who have a stomach related diseases like hernia, ulcer they don’t do this asana.

Benefits:

            It activates the stomach parts and glands, It circulates the blood in a proper level to the parts.
